How to make a homemade moisturizer

When you need your skin looks brighter probably go to the pharmacy to find a good moisturizer, never think to go to the kitchen for ingredients and make your homemade moisturizer placed on the face.

Cooking ingredients not only serve to make a good cake, but many of them can do a perfect moisturizer that can easily be stored in the refrigerator and use it whenever you need it.

The same milk you trust to keep your bones strong also keeps the skin soft, as it contains lactic acid, a gentle scrub, along with vitamins A and D, with the skin softening properties.

The egg yolks contain carotenoids, which are antioxidants that help combat skin drying and damaging compounds called free radicals. Moisturizers also contain compounds that can keep your skin feeling smooth great.

Basic mixture of homemade moisturizer:

You can create a basic mix for your moisturizer that contains milk and egg yolk and then add additional ingredients that can soften the skin or even have aromatherapy benefits of relaxing.

To make  homemade moisturizer, meet 1/4 cup milk, egg yolk and a small container that can be placed in the microwave.

Additional ingredients

The following ingredients were added to the base of  homemade moisturizer if desired: one option is to add the honey. Mix 1 tablespoon of honey can soothe the skin. If your skin is very dry and prone to acne, you can add 1 tablespoon of olive oil that has moisturizing properties. You can also mix in a teaspoon of essential oil such as lavender oil, a sweet-smelling moisturizer.

To create your moisturizer, begins to put a milk and honey mixture and / or olive oil and microwave for 15 seconds. It may take some time for the honey and olive oil can be dissolved in milk, heat in small increments so as not to heat the milk and ruin benefits.

After the mixture has come together, add egg yolk and essential oils and mix well for about three minutes until the ingredients are well combined. Pour this mixture into a sterilized glass jar.

Sterilization is important because it reduces the likelihood that bacteria will grow in your moisturizer. You can perform sterilization by washing your mug in the dishwasher and then place in oven at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. After the jar has cooled, add the mixture of moisturizer. Cover and refrigerate your  homemade moisturizer between uses.
